Immediately before the Transaction, CLI has a deemed interest of approximately 24.98% in CLAS which arises through the interests of:
(i) Carmel Plus Pte. Ltd. ("CPPL") of approximately 0.08%;
(ii) CLASML of approximately 0.27%;
(iii) CLASBTMPL of approximately 0.02%;
(iv) Somerset Capital Pte Ltd ("SCPL") of approximately 24.48%; and
(v) The Ascott Limited ("TAL") of approximately 0.11%.

CPPL, CLASML, CLASBTMPL, SCPL and TAL are wholly owned subsidiaries of CLI.

Following the Transaction, CLI's deemed interest in CLAS is approximately 25.07% which arises through the interests of:
(i) CPPL of approximately 0.08%;
(ii) CLASML of approximately 0.38%;
(iii) CLASBTMPL of approximately 0.04%;
(iv) SCPL of approximately 24.44%; and
(v) TAL of approximately 0.11%.

The percentages are rounded down to the nearest 0.01%. Any discrepancies in the figures between the listed percentages and the totals thereof are due to rounding. Accordingly, the listed percentages may not be an arithmetic aggregation of the figures through which they arise.
