Resignation Of Joint Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited (the "Company"), as manager of Ascott Residence Trust, wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Lam Chee Kin as the Joint Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 1 April 2011.

Following Mr Lam's resignation, Ms Kang Siew Fong will remain as the sole Company Secretary of the Company.
