New Name of Company	The following change of names will take effect from 27 September 2022: (1) "Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited" will be renamed as "CapitaLand Ascott Trust Management Limited"; (2) "Ascott Real Estate Investment Trust" will be renamed as "CapitaLand Ascott Real Estate Investment Trust";
Additional Text	(3) "Ascott Business Trust Management Pte. Ltd." will be renamed as "CapitaLand Ascott Business Trust Management Pte. Ltd."; and (4) "Ascott Business Trust" will be renamed as "CapitaLand Ascott Business Trust". Please refer to the attachment for further details.
Additional Text	With effect from 30 September 2022, 9.00 a.m., the Issuer's new security name and counter name shall be reflected as "CAPITALAND ASCOTT TRUST" and "CapLand Ascott T" respectively. The trading code of HMN will remain unchanged.
