The valuation was based on discounted cash flow method. (6) On 24 January 2024, the CapitaLand Ascott REIT Group acquired Teriha Ocean Stage from Sekisui House, Ltd. and Fukuoka Shoji, Co., Ltd., unrelated third parties.
