OPERATING EXPENSES AND TAXATION According to disclosure requirements under paragraph 11.1 item (l) of the Property Funds Appendix of the Code on Collective Investment Schemes, the total operating expenses incurred by CapitaLand Ascott Trust in FY 2024 was S$481.0 million. The amount included all fees and charges paid to the Managers and interested parties. This translates to 11.0% of the property fund’s net asset value as at 31 December 2024. Taxation incurred was S$44.9 million.
