Notes to the Financial Statements For the financial year ended 31 December 2024 6 SHARE CAPITAL The Company’s share capital comprises fully-paid up 1 (2023: 1) ordinary share with no par value, amounting to a total of $1 (2023: $1). The holders of ordinary shares are entitled to receive dividends as declared from time to time, and are entitled to one vote per share at meetings of the Company. All shares rank equally with regard to the Company’s residual assets. Capital management The Company’s policy on capital management follows that of its immediate holding company, CapitaLand Investment Limited. CapitaLand Investment Limited’s policy is to maintain a strong capital base so as to maintain investor, creditor and market confidence and to sustain future development of the business. The Company defines ‘capital’ as including all components of equity. There were no changes in the Company’s approach to capital management during the year.
