The valuation was based on discounted cashflow method. (11) On 16 December 2022, the CapitaLand Ascott REIT Group acquired Eslead Residence Umeda Grande from Eslead Corporation, an unrelated third party. The valuation was based on discounted cashflow method. (12) On 19 May 2023, the CapitaLand Ascott REIT Group acquired Granfore Hakata Waterfront from KOSE R.E. Co. Ltd., an unrelated third party. The valuation was based on discounted cashflow method. (13) On 30 November 2022, the CapitaLand Ascott REIT Group acquired the properties from ARC-CapitaLand Two TMK, a related corporation.
